a clear vision

To revolutionize human resource management by leveraging technology to streamline iProHR processes. Recogniszing the challenges faced by iProHR professionals in managing their workforce efficiently, our founders set out to create an innovative software solution that would simplify complex iProHR tasks.
Our Story Begins

March 2006: The Birth of IBG

Innovative Business Group, founded in 2006, offers bookkeeping and accounting services, including Innovative Enterprise and IBG Financial Services, which challenges limits in business financial planning, gaining trust from thousands of independent businesses.


2014-15: IBG Academy and IBG Foundation

In 2015, we launched IBG Academy www.ibgacademy.com and IBG Foundation, expanding our reach and impact. IBG Academy focused on providing training and education programs for professionals and entrepreneurs, while IBG Foundation concentrated on community development initiatives and philanthropic activities.

2016: IBG Reality

IBG Reality was established in 2016, further diversifying our portfolio. We ventured into the real estate sector, offering services such as property consulting, development, and management. Our team of experts worked closely with clients to provide personalized solutions, from property acquisition to project completion.

2018: IBG Infotech Pvt Ltd

We launched IBG Infotech Pvt Ltd in 2018, leveraging technology to enhance our services. We developed innovative software solutions, including accounting and financial management tools, to help businesses streamline their operations and improve efficiency. Our technology arm enabled us to deliver more value to our clients and stay ahead of the competition.

2019: IBG IMF Pvt Ltd

IBG IMF Pvt Ltd was established in 2019, marking another significant milestone. We expanded our financial services portfolio to include investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance advisory.

2022: IBG Solar India Pvt Ltd

We expanded our portfolio with the launch of IBG Solar India Pvt Ltd. IBG Solar India focused on providing renewable energy solutions. These new ventures demonstrated our commitment to diversification and innovation.

2023-24: ProMunim of India

We proudly launched ProMunim of India on April 1, 2023. This new initiative marked our entry into the accounting and financial services sector, providing a range of services including accounting, taxation, and financial planning. Our goal was to empower businesses and individuals with the expertise and tools needed to manage their finances effectively.

2023-24: iProBilling of India

iProBilling in 2024 seems to be focused on Accounting, Billing, Inventory, Invoicing solutions. While I couldn't find specific information on iProBilling current offerings, I did come across some interesting Billing-related trends and tools for 2024.

2023-24: iProCRM of India

We proudly launched iProCRM of India on October 5, 2024. This new initiative marked our entry into the accounting and financial services sector, providing a range of services including accounting, inventory, invoicing, and Project Management.

2025 : iProHR of India

iProHR in 2025 seems to be focused on innovative HR solutions. While I couldn't find specific information on iProHR's current offerings, I did come across some interesting HR-related trends and tools for 2025.
